Turned up to work on the plumbing at my property, which we arranged last week for today. Comes in I show him the work. Tells me he is going into his car to grab tools, then 5 mins later I see him sat in the drivers seat, he then drives off...so unprofessional, if you are not happy with the scope of work just say, don't drive off without telling me. Very unprofessional and definitely not recommended.

I had dripping water coming outside the house, which I wanted to fix. Omran fixed the water dripping after changing the hot water cylinder sensor, the pressure measuring gauge and the air release valve. However, my heating system isn't working afterwards and I'm getting someone to fix it. I wasn't planning to give this feedback but after the amount of money I spent on the small issue, I found it's unfair.
